WANT TO ORDER A COMMISSIONED PRODUCT?
Check our commission project page found on the top navigation bar. A enquiry form or email will need to be sent to thespiritedmakers@gmail.com for each commissioned project.
WANT TO ORDER A PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM THE SHOP PAGE?
Simply find the product you wish to buy and add it your basket for checkout. If the item has an engraving option then email thespiritedmakers@gmail.com with the text and font you would like engraved. Please also give your reference number of purchase in the email. Sending a copy of your invoice is also accepted.
HOW LONG TO DISPATCH ITEMS?
Dispatch times will vary for each product. For all non commissioned products please check the dispatch information in the item description. Products with a customised engraving will take longer to dispatch.
HOW ARE PRODUCTS DELIVERED?
Depending on the size of the product Royal mail or other delivery services will be used. Delivery times will vary depending on each courier service once the item is dispatched. Items will be tracked to ensure you are constantly updated with each part of the delivery. Large commissioned projects will be delivered from me personally depending on location. Furniture products delivered by me such as tables or drawers can also be assembled by myself. If a courier service is used and the product needs to be assembled by yourself you will receive a full step by step instruction list with text and images to enable you to build the product successfully. A video tutorial will also be provided of me assembling the product for you to follow from if you wish to do so.
